All successful business owners have a business plan so why shouldn't we apply the same logic to being successful in our own personal lives and put a personal plan in place as well?

Everyday life can be hectic, there is just so much to do that it can be difficult to squeeze in some personal 'time out' to plan what it is you want from your life. BUT, I’ve learned that I will never meet my goals if I don’t actually schedule in time to set them, write them down and put a plan in place to achieve them. If I don't set aside this time then Life just drifts by..... 

Spending the time to assess and understand who you are and what it is you want to achieve from life and allowing yourself the luxury of time to set goals and make plans to achieve them sets you on the pathway to a much more fulfilled and rewarding life.

Using a positive psychology framework and coaching tools & techniques I have developed the Captured Possibilities Personal Planning Workshops which will guide you through the personal planning process, helping you to get more of what you want from your life.
